Timeout Inactivity

The session timeout is 20 minutes. That is, if you leave your window idle for 20 minutes, we will automatically log you out. You may be logged in for much longer than that, but you have to do some activity every 20 minutes to prevent the timeout from occurring.

If you are prompted to login, the best practice is to close the popup window/tab, select Logout hyperlink (top brown header, bottom right), login again, and use the menu to select the desired function.
