Q. How reliable is your service?

We have a solid reliability record. Our servers are hosted and maintained by a large multi-national hosting company and we have had no significant issues.

In addition, our servers are continuously monitored by an independent monitoring service that notifies us immediately if we have an outage.

Finally, we backup our data and store it offsite daily, so if there is a disaster, we can easily recover all of your records.

Q. How often do you backup your data?

We backup our data nightly, and store the backups offsite for reliable data recovery.

Q. Can I backup my own data? You cannot backup your entire Pack/Troop's data.

You can archive individual members of your account, along with their entire record (including all achievements they've completed and progress of current achievements). To do this, follow the instructions at Archive Members.
