Requesting New Features

We welcome new feature requests!

You may request a new feature by going to our customer support page:

http://www.scoutmanage.com/support

and filling out the form. We typically do not immediately respond back to feature requests, but will add them to our list of requests for upcoming releases.

We perform many updates during the year. We will do 1-2 major upgrades a year, 1-2 minor upgrades, and several bug fix and performance tuning releases each year. All of these upgrades are given to you automatically with no effort on your part.

If your enhancement request is approved, it may appear in any one of the above upgrade types, depending on availability and priority of the feature.
