To restore a lost password and/or username, please go to our login screen, and click on the |Forgot Password?| button under the login message. This will take you to a form. Once you fill out the form, your username and a temporary password will be mailed to you. You may use the temporary password the first time you login. At that point, you will be asked to enter a new permanent password.

If you are not able to get your username/password using this automated mechanism, then contact the ScoutManage administrator within your unit. They are able to change your password and activate/deactivate your username.

If you are the ScoutManage administrator within your unit and the automated mechanism does not restore your password, then please file a customer support request with us. Please make sure to provide us with your username, name of your unit, and the state where your unit resides.
