Family Home Page
From ScoutManage
Once you login, you’ll be brought to the home page for your family. This will contain a summary of all the information you need to access ScoutManage for all scout members in your family, both kids and adult leaders. On this page, you’ll see:
- Pack Contacts. Name, e-mail address, and phone numbers of all leaders of your unit. You may click on an e-mail address, and a new e-mail message will be created in your current e-mail program, addressed to the specified leader.
- Upcoming Events. A list of upcoming meetings and events that you and/or your scouts should attend.
- Fees Owed. A list of fees or dues that you or your scouts owe to the unit.
- Your Unit Members. Members of your family that are members of this unit. This includes scouts and adult leaders in your family. Each scout shows their current rank, the rank they are working towards (if any), and any awards that they are currently working on. Clicking on any of the awards opens a popup window showing the status of completing that award.
- Unit Blogs. List of blogs that you have subscribed to. The most recent entry for each blog is shown. Blogs may be created by Unit Leaders, your Den/Patrol Leaders, or other leaders within your unit, depending on how your leadership has configured them.
- Local Weather. You may display your current weather conditions on your home page. This provides a convenient location to determine what to wear to outside events. You can choose the type and style of your weather display. The weather is shown for the location of your unit.
- Configure. You may configure what information is displayed on your home page, and which information is expanded for easy viewing, by clicking on the [Configure this Page] link at the bottom of the page.
- Quick Help. Contains helpful suggestions and tips for users, unit leaders, and unit administrators.
