Email/Not Getting Emails

If you are not getting e-mails from ScoutManage, try checking the following:

  1. Please check your SPAM filters. We've had a few folks who have had this situation where they get some messages, but not others (specifically not calendar reminders) due to SPAM filters.
  2. Please check with your ISP as well. If you can, please make sure to add scoutmanage.com and muskratsoftware.com to your list of "approved" domains, and if your ISP has a way of registering approved domains, please register these with them as well.
