[edit] Support Priorities

When you submit a support question, you can select a priority for that support question. We recommend using the following scale:

  • High - System outage, a core function is inoperable, or other time-sensetive support.
  • Moderate - Problem with a ScoutManage feature not working, or not sure how it should work. Also, general problems with your specific site that do not impact ScoutManage as a whole.
  • Low - Feature requests, non-critical problems, how-to questions, etc.
