Right below the page banner, but above the menu bar is a line that says “Current Member/Scout: …”. Many functions in ScoutManage depend on the currently selected scout. There are a couple ways to change what scout is selected, and they are described below under “Menu Bar”. For now, simply realize that some features you access will apply to the specific selected scout and the den/patrol they belong. This will be made clearer as you go thru the rest of these instructions.

If you are a non-leader parent with only one scout in this unit, you will likely never need to know this, as you will always only have your one single scout selected.
