Account Management

You can manage your ScoutManage membership by clicking [Admin] -> Account Management.
On this page, you will see a summary of your account, including your account expiration date. In addition, you will see a complete payment history of all payments (paid or free) that have been applied to your account.
If you wish to extend your membership, simply click one of the Renew Online buttons by the payment option you wish to use. This will take you to PayPal, which performs our secure online payments. If you have a PayPal account, you may pay directly from your account. You may also use any major credit card. A PayPal account is not required when paying by credit card or debit card.If you would rather mail in your payment, click Pay By Check. Answer the questions on the following page and click Submit Request. This will create a payment coupon personalized for your account and payment choice. Print this coupon and include it with your check or money order. The address to mail the check will be shown on the same page, along with who to make the check payable to. Failure to follow the instructions could cause delays in processing your payment, or having your payment rejected.
When you pay online, your account is immediately credited. If you pay by check, your account will not be credited until the check arrives and has cleared the bank. This may take 7-14 business days. Hence if you want to pay by check and not have your service interrupted, please make sure to send payment way in advance of your account expiration date.
All payments are added to the end of your current payment term, extending the termination date by the appropriate amount of time. You will not lose any time still available in your account by paying early.
