[edit] Renewing Your Subscription
To renew your subscription to ScoutManage, simply go here:
Admin --> Account Management
Look for "Payment Options", then click [Renew Online] next to the desired package. You may pay by any major credit card, or by using PayPal.
If you prefer to pay by personal or unit check, please click [Pay by Check]. Fill out the form, then click [Submit Request]. You will be given instructions on how and where to mail your check. Make sure to print the attached coupon by clicking [Printable Version] at the top of the page and printing the resulting page. This coupon must accompany your payment for your payment to be processed.
Note: When you pay online, your payment is processed immediately. When you pay via check, your account will not be credited until the check arrives and is processed. To ensure uninterrupted service, please mail the check as soon as possible.
[edit] Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, along with PayPal.
We use PayPal as our online credit card processing service, so your funds are secure.
We do not require a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
[edit] Checks/Money Orders
You may pay by personal check, unit check, or money order. Please go here:
Admin --> Account Management
And click [Pay By Check]. Follow the instructions here. At the end, you will see a coupon ready to be printed. This coupon must accompany your check for your payment to be properly processed.
Note: Please allow 7-10 days after the date of postmark before your account will be credited with the payment. If your account has expired or will expire before your account is credited, your account will remain closed until we receive your check. Therefore, for uninterrupted service, we recommend either paying well in advance of your expiration date, or pay by credit card.
